General Rules

• Registrations close on September 25, 2007.
• All registrations should be through email, to be sent to rgb@nid.edu
• Confirmation will be sent by email, within 2 days of registration.
• For colleges, participants will have to name one group coordinator/leader and provide us with their contact details.
• Individual registrations should be avoided. As far as possible please send all registrations from a college together.
• Registrations should be accompanied by a PDF file containing passport size photos of participants along with names and contact details.
• All participants will have to bring along the filled out registration forms, 2 passport size photos and their college identity card.
• All cameras and laptops that belong to participants will be labeled with an rgb’07 sticker for security purposes.
• NID will have the right to include the designs created at the competitions to its archive and have the right to use it for it’s academic purpose for researchers and students with due acknowledgement.
• NID has the right to change or alter the schedule of rgb’07 without any prior notice.
• Judges’ decisions are final and will hold no room for argument.
• Organisers are not responsible for participants’ accommodation during the fest. However, we will help the participants in finding accommodation. For more details contact us at rgb@nid.edu
